Using the site

The site uses labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for meaningful images, and native buttons and expandable sections. You can move through links and controls with Tab, activate a button with Enter or Space, and use the skip link to reach the main content.

The facility planner uses toggle buttons. Their selected state is announced to assistive technology and the chosen areas are repeated in text beside the proposal form. The planner is optional; you can complete an enquiry without using it.

Motion and display preferences

The Pause motion control beside the main image stops the decorative motion. When your device requests reduced motion, animations and smooth scrolling are removed. You can use your browser's zoom and text-size settings; information and enquiry controls remain available without relying on an animation.

Alternative ways to make an enquiry

The proposal builder prepares an email for you to review and send. If your email app does not open, copy the displayed message into your preferred email service, or email the team directly. If JavaScript is unavailable, direct telephone and email links remain available.

Report a barrier or request another format

Tell us which page or task was difficult, what happened, and the format or contact method that would help. Browser, device and assistive-technology details are useful if you are comfortable sharing them. You do not need to disclose medical information.
