The request builder prepares a message on your device. You review it and choose whether to send it through your email app. Opening or copying a draft does not confirm delivery, availability, a booking, or acceptance of a proposal.

Provide accurate business and facility information that you are authorised to share. The team will need to confirm the location, required tasks, access, frequency, and other relevant details before agreeing a scope or price. Service descriptions and illustrative checklists explain the kinds of work to discuss. They do not mean that every listed task is included in every service. Any final written agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.
